We try to keep complete collection of what we offer. This is greatly supported by the fact that we have multiple warehouses in Europe and in the Middle east. If the specific item you selected is out of stock, we shall arrange its delivery in our next loading.

5. Do you sell also glues and bonding technology?
Yes, we do specifically for our trade. If you wish to acquire a specific glue, we will be pleased to ship it in our container.
6. How often you ship goods?
It depends on the sales level as well as of specific demands. We ship either, by container, in groupage or in fast courier if necessary.
7. Do you ensure training on the tools you sell?
Yes, we do.
8. Do you have valid certificates for your goods?
Most of our goods are imported from Europe with Valid EU and CE certificates.
9. We have a project we would like to discuss with you, how should we proceed?
If the site is ready, we can send a team who could measure and inspect the conditions. If the project is to be planned, please prepare your plans and ideas and we can examine it in details.

12. Is your floor treated against covid?
There is no such floor treated specifically anti-covid. All our floors are treated anti-bacterial and anti-fungi’s spread and resist to disinfection agents which need to be spread on a regular basis.
13. I need a specific tool; can you get it for me?

14. Do you deliver your floors on site?
Yes, we can do it. Please look at the transport section.
15. What should I expect with prices increases?
We are exposed to the local devaluation as well as a very serious world-wide crisis in raw material and energy. All these new parameters affect not only the prices but also the delay of delivery. By keeping large stocks, we limit the risk but we strongly recommend to order and ship without delay.
