A good floor installation starts with a good analysis of the sub-floor and careful planning. Installation as such should be performed by professionals since reparation of the installation work is more costly than the flooring. IPSAL offers a wide scale of services related to floor covering. Our expertise is simply based on half of a century of work on our knees in the fields.
Floor installation
We can handle all kind of installation. PVC in rolls or in tiles, carpet in rolls and tiles, wall-cladding and raised floor. Our international installer team is also acquainted with stretch carpet installation for hotels. We use German bonding technology and install according to the EN norms.
Floor measurement
It is very important to have your numbers right at first ! Our team uses the latest technology for measuring the surfaces to be installed. On site we use lasers units for measuring distances and levels other then classical methods. We are able then process files based on PDF our Autocad.
Floor striping
We can remove old floors, clean and process the sub-floor and prepare it for the new installation. Either we do this by hand or we uses mechanical strippers depending on the type of floor.
Site expertise
In case of doubts on the sub-floor we are able to handle an expertise that we can conduct on site. Our team is equipped to measure the levels as well as the humidity of the concrete slabs and sub floor. Our units allows measurement at a depth of 4 cm.
Special production
We have one extruding machine and one injection machine. Other than our standard products we can study new production projects and develop specific moulds. Production will be made locally with local labor.
Transport in-land
In order to avoid you the hassle of transport we can deliver our flooring to the desired place. We have one tariff for delivery within the capital and one for outside. We will be pleased to quote you transport.
Sea shipping
IPSAL is able to export goods per container by sea to any of your projects. We can deliver flooring directly from our producers also. We can ship on containers of 20 ft , 40 ft and also partial shipment. Please consult us with your request and allow some time for processing
Offshore projects
Our installation team is used to travel the world. Should you have an offshore projects please consult us with a maximum of details prepared. Offshore projects requires a primary visit in order to asses the extent of the work before submitting a final offer.
Tender documentation
We can assist project managers in the formulation of the specifications of the tender documents as well as the BOQs. We can also provide assistance to contractors in the analysis of documents in order to give them a better chance to win the tender. We use the appropriate software for accomplishing this task.
